At Shop POSTR, we want to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. We offer several shipping options to best fit your needs.

Shipping Times:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Standard shipping within Canada takes 3-7 business days.

  • Standard shipping to the United States takes 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees and/or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Shop POSTR. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@shoppostr.ca with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

For returns, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment once we receive the item(s) and confirm that they meet our return criteria. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item(s) to you once we receive the original item(s) and confirm that they meet our exchange criteria. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
